GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Preamble

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern all relations between:

EloLift, whose head office is located at [Address], registered with the RCS under number [SIRET number], and
Any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the website www.elolift.com (hereinafter "the Site").

By placing an order on the Site, the Customer unreservedly accepts these General Terms and Conditions.

Products

EloLift offers beauty care products including silk threads and accessories for home use.
The characteristics of the products are described on each product sheet. The photographs are not contractual and may differ slightly from the product received.

Order

All orders are subject to product availability.
An order is validated when payment has been accepted.
EloLift reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the Customer or non-compliance with these T&Cs.

Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery costs are specified before validation of the order.
EloLift reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

Delivery

Rétractation et retours

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay penalties.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition.
Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
After receipt and verification, the refund will be made within 14 days.

Guarantee

EloLift products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code, and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

Responsibility

EloLift cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the products by the Customer. The Customer is required to carefully read the instructions provided before any use.

Data protection

The information collected during the order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data in accordance with current regulations.

Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Disputes
